A job and task analysis describes the process of identifying and determining the duties, responsibilities, and specifications of a given job whilst also establishing the level of experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge needed to perform the job successfully. By identifying how difficult the job is, how important the job is and how frequently the job has to be carried out, you will be able to produce an operational performance statement, job specification and a training needs requirement to identify any training gaps.
Complete a Difficulty, Importance, Frequency (D.I.F) analysis using raw data
Produce an operational performance statement
Produce job specification
Identify training decision factors
Produce a training and operational gap statement; and
Return on Investment (ROI).
